The Airspace 6 week challenge has been the best thing for helping me build confidence in the gym and really define what... I want from my fitness journey. Not only have I lost weight but I am now stronger than I have ever been and continue to see progress each week in class! I look forward to my evenings spent with the awesome trainers that have continued to encourage and support me along my journey. I have found a fitness family full of laughs and hard work and I encourage anyone who is curious to dive in head first! 😁😁😁 Thanks Everyone!!!read more

I have never ever done a 6 week challenge (exercise & diet) and I am so happy that I stumbled upon Airspace! The... changes I saw with the program was real and the team that works with you is passionate and dedicated. I have really enjoyed coming to the studio for a workout as the exercises really target cardio, strength and core in an hour. The energy is always positive and encouraging and the team really knows how to support you. Thank you to Ash and the team!read more

Hard workout, good meal plan, and a astonishing result for a 6 week challenge!3 days a week, 1 hour per class, the... high protein diet and to quit sugar, made me lose 6kg, increase muscle density and all this without feeling weak or dizzy in any moment!Thanks also that we have incredible and highly motivated coaches, Zac and Adrian!!read more

What a pleasure (and a bit of pain) it was to participate in the 6 week challenge. I was surprised by the results,... especially since I had a knee injury and some of the workouts I had to be more careful, but I still had amazing results. The strength part of the workout has really helped my knees and I have also trimmed and toned my body as well. I'll be spreading the word. Thanks!!read more

After a change in career and subsequent change in lifestyle, I was lacking routine and motivation to exercise and eat... healthily. The AirSpace 6-week challenge was the perfect kick to get me back into a healthy lifestyle (with exercise, diet, and sleep). The initial detox with the diet was fantastic, I felt infinitely more energetic and had the perfect excuse not to drink alcohol (which as a bartender, can be quite difficult). I was not used to such a structured routine but the support from both the trainers and fellow challengers was phenomenal. I felt like I was part of a community and if the other challengers could do it, so could I. I quickly went from being nervous about going to classes, to excited to get more exercise in.I had high expectations with my weight-loss journey and found very quickly that you get out, what you put in. I'm excited to already see results after just 6 weeks. I have already noticed such a change in my flexibility and strength. I have more energy and am sleeping way better.I'm excited to keep up the routine and see even more change. I'm really looking forward to trying out more of the classes and building on the techniques and strength that I've built thus far.I'm feeling much more confident and strong. The team were all so friendly, passionate and patient and the whole experience was much less intimidating once I actually got started. Would absolutely recommend to anyone (and any experience level) wanting to change unhealthy habits.read more
