Love love it! For someone who isn't particularly fit, I feel like the classes are definitely tailored to push each person to their abilities. So regardless of your fitness level you'll get a good workout out of a session!

Love this place. The instructors are all amazing - they each know their craft, and are super helpful, patient, but also persistent! Every class is a challenge and yet so much fun. The Airspace community is very welcoming and inclusive, and there are always laughs in class!
