From a young age, I've explored various practices that have played a key role in my personal development. Each of these fields has helped me build confidence, overcome fears, and maintain a sense of fun and curiosity. Some of the main disciplines I've trained in include Capoeira, Parkour, Swimming, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Gymnastic Rings, Strength Training, and Krav Maga. My journey ultimately led me to the Ido Portal method of Movement, which I have been dedicated to for around 9 years. My focus is on moving smarter and better, incorporating elements like soft acrobatics, loosening the spine and hips, and increasing body awareness through movement.
