AirSupremacy is our ultimate upper-body workout, utilizing the king of bodyweight training tools: gymnastic rings.

In this class, you’ll learn how to master strength-based skills on the rings to build enviable strength and improve mobility. Our highly experienced teachers work closely with you to attain the correct technique and right movement to get the most out of your workout.


In this fun and exhilarating class you’ll build the strength, mobility, balance and flexibility required to master impressive handstand shapes.

Inspired by Chinese and Russian hand-balancing routines practiced by circus performers, our highly experienced teachers will start with the basics. With the right techniques, you’ll progress towards achieving a freestanding handstand (and more).


Our Challenge Class is HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) with an AirSpace Twist!

Are you looking to take charge of your health and make changes that will last? Then this class is for you! Suitable for New Members AND AirSpace Diehards!

This class has been designed to focus on the two sides of the body-weight coin;

Getting you strong: in all the fundamental exercises, shapes, and positions that you’ll need to get the most out of our other classes.

Losing your weight: so you’re working efficiently, feeling awesome, and looking great!

With a combination of Chinese circus performance training and modern stretching science exercises, you’ll gain lower body strength and mobility while working towards the end goal of an impressive front and side split.
