Each of the classes we offer at Airspace has a specific focus and produces specific body benefits. Whether you’re looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the right class for you.
If you’re a first timer, we recommend taking the class that interests you first! Want to get strong? Try our rings class! looking to get lean and toned? try the Challenge Class! Want an even mix of strength, flex and stamina? Then AirYoga is the way to go! ALL Classes are suitable for ALL levels and we pride ourselves on being able to manage first timers and experienced practitioners in the same class!

Enjoy the benefits of full body strength building with AirYoga, our original aerial hammock workout! Working through a series of guided exercises, you’ll learn to master the hammock and harness the force of gravity to tone and strengthen from top to toe, improve mobility and strengthen your core. AirYoga is suitable for ALL experience levels!
AirSupremacy is our ultimate upper body workout, utilizing the king of bodyweight training tools: gymnastic rings. In this class you’ll learn how to master strength-based skills on the rings to build enviable strength and improve mobility. Our highly experienced teachers work closely with you to attain the correct technique and right movement to get the most out of your workout.
In this fun and exhilarating class you’ll build the strength, mobility, balance and flexibility required to master impressive handstand shapes. Inspired by Chinese and Russian hand-balancing routines practiced by circus performers, our highly experienced teachers will start with the basics. With the right techniques, you’ll progress towards achieving a freestanding handstand (and more).
